During puberty, a series of changes take place in the teenagers' body, emotions and behavior. During this period, teenagers try to transition themselves -as smoothly as possible- from childhood to adult life, to understand themselves and determine their identity.

Given the difficult and stressful nature of adolescence, stress management is essential in order for the teenagers to achieve well-being and a smooth transition into adult life.
